Current Opportunities:
Telephone
Work
Return calls that come into our hotline for spay/neuter
assistance, make follow-up calls, contact volunteers to staff
events.
Data Entry
Update the recipient and pet databases from which all neuter certificates are issued. This is an ongoing administrative task that takes an estimated 4 hr/wk.
Fundraising Events
Help at plant sales, barn sales, or other fundraising events.
Cat Taxi Driver
Transport
cats to/from veterinarians for speutering.
Advertising/Flyer
Distribution
Post flyers on community bulletin boards
advertising services and upcoming events to raise public
awareness.
Special
Events
Staff booths at community fairs, festivals, etc.
(involves speaking to the public).
TNR Assistant
Help with trapping/transporting
of abandoned cats for speutering. Transport equipment
to/from caretakers and equipment depot in Burley (truck or SUV needed). Train caretakers to trap feral
cats and transfer into holding pens/carriers. Transport cats
to/from monthly feral cat clinic in Seattle (canopied truck
or SUV needed).
Feral Cat Holding
Facility
Hold feral cats for a few days either before and/or
after they are speutered.
Professional Help Needed:
Accountant
Experienced CPA to audit/review PSNP financial
documents including IRS Form 990.
Database Manager
Help design “real time” database
for tracking of PSNP information.
Professional Printshop
Willing to donate time and/or supplies.
Marketing Specialist
Help PSNP market its programs and organization.
